Kinevia is a brand of MiServe Pro LLC (EIN 61-2269634), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. MiServe Pro LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
When you complete the assessment request form, we collect:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your profession;
- your practice name and town, if you choose to provide them.
If you book a call, we also receive the date and time you choose and any notes you add. If you later become a client, we will collect further information needed to deliver our services, which will be covered by our agreement with you.
Our website and hosting provider also process technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your request and arrange your practice growth assessment;
- prepare for and follow up on our conversation with you;
- keep our website secure and prevent misuse of our forms;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Under UK data protection law, our lawful bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business securely; and your consent where we ask for it. MiServe Pro LLC is based in the United States and members of our team work from Italy, so your information will be processed outside the United Kingdom. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. Information we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons is kept for as long as the law requires.
